Emily’s beachside group training session was the perfect way to start off a Bachelorette day in the Hamptons. She created an effective, fun full-body workout that was tailored to our group’s needs: body-weight based (since we didn’t have weights or other equipment with us), appropriate for all fitness levels, and mindful of the fact that we’d had a few too many glasses of wine the night before :) Emily sets a positive and encouraging tone and makes sure everyone has the instructions and modifications they need. My bridesmaids are still saying it was one of the best parts of the weekend. We all left feeling energized and ready for a day of Bachelorette bonding!
