ASHEVILLE RECAP: We traveled to gorgeous Asheville for a weekend of fitness and adventure! We had a beautiful retreat spot in the mountains just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Each room was comfortably designed to share, perfect for a weekend away from it all! Whether you were looking to kick back, get a healthy jumpstart to Fall, or just wanted to have a good time indulging with your friends, we made it the best weekend possible to meet your needs!
RETREAT INCLUDED: Two nights stay in a spacious, private mountain lodge; daily fitness classes; yoga with a local studio; healthy breakfast daily, coffee and snacks; a pre-fixed dinner out on the town in Asheville Friday night; a healthy, home-cooked meal at the cabin Saturday night; morning and evening meditations; and hiking and other outdoor adventures!
Asheville is packed with spas, shopping, music, galleries, breweries and wineries, excellent food and surrounding beauty. Located only minutes away from the scenic byway, the Blueridge Parkway, there are any number of exciting and enjoyable ways to experience the natural beauty of Asheville: biking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip-lining - you name it!
